Food is ok. But they are careless. First indicate wrong menu after order made. Lucky to correct them. And then they did not provide the cutlery, and other things on the actual day!

Food was kind of salty. especially the rice and noodle. the prawn was ok but it was hard to peel the skin off the prawn.

Overall the food did not meet the exceptions. Prawns are not fresh, fish has a smelly taste and curry chicken is signature but it does not meet our expectations.
We are disappointed with the foods.

Need to check your bill to tally that the dates are correct for the duration you order tingkat otherwise may be short change.

The portions are shockingly small. First time ever I ordered rice and it came less than half of the container (can refer to photo).
The dishes also are very small portion, except those cheap carbs dish like potatoes wedges, fries... Protein dishes are pathetic small. Even the vege dishes are small portion.
I emailed them to feedback on the tiny portion of the rice but never get a reply from them.

The delivery came late after the designated time for the first few days. The food and the quantity is not up to expectations.

Overcooked food. Delivery times inconsistent. Customer service needs improvement. Tired and boring menu.

Food is acceptable, but service is terrible.
First it delivery without the disposable utensils, and the delivery guy says it is not included. So he expect us to put the food on your hand and eat with our hand?

Next, the serviette given was put in a torn tissue box. What kind of service is this?!?

The food also did not come in any warmer bag. Normally for mini catering, the vendor will put the food in warmer bag. But this totally done have.

So after an hour of waiting for the delivery guy deliver the disposable utensil (after I call in to complain), the food is cold.

So if you are ok with poor service, then can consider, the food still ok except the har gao skin super thick and hard.

Was quite disappointed with Tim delight this year. First, they came late. Second, the food is not as good as before. Only the duck and noodles were good.
I ordered from Tim delight last year and the reviews were great that's why I ordered again this year.

Will probably not order from them again.
