Tim Delight

I'm a repeat customer of Tim Delight -- my family enjoys the tasty dishes in their daily lunch tingkat service

Repeat order, food is consistently delivered but I noticed that portions have reduced. The fish dishes can taste a little fishy at times but I love the variety of vegetables and fried items offered. Not a big fan of the tofu items which can be rather bland but they do try their best not to repeat the dishes which I appreciate. Would love to see them attempt prawns or other fusion dishes in their menu for freshness :)

Soup is always nice. The portion is sufficient. Sometimes, the dishes are simple (e.g. omelette) but most of the dishes are delicious and value for money. Service is prompt and friendly. Will renew order. :)

Quantity and quality have declined a bit but I have also noticed that their soups have improved tremendously. It is not as oily as before and equally flavourful. Customer service from Tim Delight remains fantastic and they try their best to accommodate my dietary requests. Will continue with them for another cycle.

The quality of food is generally okay. Timing of delivery at about 6.30 pm is just right, not too early. The package price including delivery fee is relatively higher than some other caterers.

Good seller,deliver on time .Good choice if you want to eat delicious food at home ,will recommend it to friends .

Every individual has a different taste. I expect different types of food, not a fan of tahu or tofu all the time.

Nice food and service. Portion is abit small but good quality food. Good selection of food, especially love the spicy dishes.

Repeat order and this time the quality and quantity of food seems to have declined like others commented. Overall the food is still acceptable to me, but I am concerned about the delivery time to my location, which suddenly changed to around 1pm every day. A few times the food even arrived close to 2pm while it was labelled safe to consume by 130pm. Nevertheless, customer service Cassie was friendly and helpful with checking of delivery status. I'll probably consider ordering again if they change delivery route in future.

After 60 days with Tim Delight, we have decided to move on to another caterer. Food used to be flavorful and tasted great during the 1st 20 days. Sadly, quality and quantity have gradually declined. It's as if there has been a change of chef. Vegetables have too much starch, soups are too salty and frozen meat (fish or chicken) is used almost all the time. Sometimes the portions look like for 1 pax when we ordered for 2 pax (see pictures).
