Unprofessional service, they short changed you some ingredients. The first month I ordered from them was smooth but the second went down hill. The food portion were inconsistent. Sometimes more sometimes too little that I need to buy some other food to fill my tummy.

This is an honest review. I hope they won’t spit in my food after seeing this

Nice food, though portions can be small

So far we really like how the food is packaged. So clean and the thermal bag does keep the food warm till we are ready to consume so no reheating required. Food wise it’s not too bad. Jus that the veg and soup can be a tad bland. On one occasion, the food qty didn’t seem enough while on another it was too much. Overall good experience just the price wise it’s a little too high.

Feels like homecook meal :)

Food is above average but not mind-blowing so far, hadn't have much variety. Saw some previous comment saying that there's Western on some days but I've not experienced it. Also, there's no fish dish. Anyway, good job Tingkat Mama, hope you will only be better from now on.

Food is good less salt and oil and packing in very nice tingkat holder. This is what i like most as i dont like to use the plastic material for food. However the portion is slightly small. Probably increase abt 10% will be great.

Yummy and unique food!

Satisfying food! Can safely say my whole family and I enjoy the food 90% of the time.

Yummy meat and soup dishes!

I really like the containers instead of throwing away plastic. The thermal bag also keeps the food warm till dinner time, so that's good too. Apart from the meat dishes and soups, the rest can be improved.

Repeated satisfied customer!! Been ordering from tingkat mama for almost 3 months now. I really enjoy the food. This week's food was particularly appetizing- peranakan chicken, otah, chap chye and fish maw soup (peranakan themed dinner). I really love how their food is not the usual Asian run of the mill tingkat. Instead their food has different flavours, seasonings (for meat) that are so tasty and unique!! Thanms tingkat mama!

Follow ups was done very promptly and politely. Food taste good and portion size just nice for the elders in my house. Also environmentally friendly using tingkat containers cause usually for 1 pax is plastic containers.
