Yummy meat and soup dishes!

I really like the containers instead of throwing away plastic. The thermal bag also keeps the food warm till dinner time, so that's good too. Apart from the meat dishes and soups, the rest can be improved.

Ok food but sometimes oily

Food is ok, usually comes around 4pm . Leafy vegetable sometimes look like it wasn't washed very clean, soup can be a little oily at times. Have not received fish so far.

Repeated satisfied customer!! Been ordering from tingkat mama for almost 3 months now. I really enjoy the food. This week's food was particularly appetizing- peranakan chicken, otah, chap chye and fish maw soup (peranakan themed dinner). I really love how their food is not the usual Asian run of the mill tingkat. Instead their food has different flavours, seasonings (for meat) that are so tasty and unique!! Thanms tingkat mama!

Great food with good value!

Follow ups was done very promptly and politely. Food taste good and portion size just nice for the elders in my house. Also environmentally friendly using tingkat containers cause usually for 1 pax is plastic containers.

Worth the price, thumbs up!

The food is definitely above average,not salty and always warm. Their soup is good and i do nof feel thirsty after the meal. Rice portion is on the smaller side.

The service was great, their packaging and containers help with retaining heat so you don’t have to reheat the food. However, The food was quite bland. Particularly the soup. But then again, this means they use less salt.

Nice food. Worth it to try! yum yum yum.

Yummy food!! Served warm in air tight vacuum packed tingkat and with a thermos bag.
Delivery is always on time at around 5+pm.
There is western food and other cuisines like Thai which is a refreshing change from the usual chinese food .

I like how there are sometimes different cuisines of food. One of the days they gave western- pumpkin soup, chicken chop and western veg. It was nice! In general I like the food. However at times the meat dishes can be too salty. The portions can be small at times too.
If they could increase portions, make meat dishes less salty that would be great!

Has a great variety of tasty food.Environmental friendly too

Vendor texted to confirm my order within 30min after my payment. Food was delivered in Tingkats around 4pm each day and food was still warm by the time I tucked into them at 7pm. I just have to heat up the soup and this had saved me a lot of time to reheat dinner that was delivered in plastic containers in the past from other vendors. Food variety is great and a lot more flavourful than other vendors we had tried. However, the food can be quite salty and I will be thristy at night. Will order again though.
