Tingkat Mama

I am so glad I tried this new tingkat provider!!
The moment i put in an order, the provider contacted me in 30 mins to say i could start my order immediately. Super efficient.
Also, food comes in a double vacuum tingkat with special resuable plastic covers that keeps the food warm and fresh inside. The tingkat is then placed in a thermos bag. Food comes at 4-5pm but is still warm when we eat it at 6+PM. Just have to reheat the soup.
I like how the tingkat's exterior is always so clean n not oily- so different from other caterers I have tried.
Company is also very accommodating to exclude food that my family can't take e.g. fish with bones.

The food is also very nice! It has non chinese food too like Thai basil pork, korean pancakes- which is such a pleasant change from the usual run of the mill food that tingkat companies provide.

I have agreed with the previous review that this caterer has indeed put in lots of effort in ensuring food delivered stay warm for 2 hours using their special tingkat containers and sturdy thermos bag. I have chose to order with them because they do offer the environmentally friendly packaging which I absolutely love!

However, food is just average and the portion is just nice.
There was a hiccup for dinner where we were given repeated food choices - two containers of basil leave pork, we feedback to the owner and they did gave us extra side order for the next dinner to make it up.

In all, we are satisfied with their prompt customer service but there is room for improvement on the food.
