Tingkat Mama

Tingkat Mama was my first choice after reading so many reviews and indeed it is a good choice. Their dishes are not heavily seasoned nor too oily. The soups are good too. It is an ideal choice for the elderly. One more plus point of Tingkat Mama is their vaccum sealed tingkats and termal bags. Their wares are clean. Food is always warm when they arrived. Our area is Tampines and they usually reach between 5.30 - 6.30pm.

We love the food. Taste good and less salty and oily. Another plus point is that Tampines delivery time is around 6pm, just nice for dinner. However, for our 3 pax order the food portion seems insufficient as shown in review photos. The management may want to look into the food portion for 3-4pax. Otherwise it may seem to not be able to justify for a high price paid.

Food was delivered warm and before 6pm, which was good for us as we normally have early dinner. Kind of them to WhatsApp the menu for the week. Portions were average and sometimes little, and food was generally average. We didn't enjoy some of the processed food like fish sticks and otah chicken. Spare Rib King turned out to be fried pork slices which was dry. Fried fish was also overcooked and dry.

Confirmation of order is fast. Quite responsive when it comes to skipping of meals. In terms of dishes, there are more hits than misses. This will be the 3rd time ordering.

Food is not too salty which is a definite plus point. Appreciate that the food is delivered using tingkat, care for the environment. Probably more leaf in comparison to stalk ratio. Customer service is prompt and friendly in replying. I think can be better overall.

Food was like home cooked and healthy but can be a bit bland at times. This is the only tingkat provider with meals that I do not see any processed food. It’s also environmental friendly as it do not use disposable plastic for meals and comes with a thermal cover. There was one occasion that the meal came superb late like almost 8.30pm than reach my place and I was not prep about it. The rest of days it delivered before I reached home.

Well, the food is ok but really very little...Not worth the price. And food are very basic type .......quite boring..........................................................................

Food were delicious & variety of dishes, except meat abit too hard at times by the time I eat... my 3rd repeat order, will order again because it is value for money for the convenience of delivery to your door step. Thumbs UP!

Food deliver still warm in the container, was on time. Good. Will recommend to friends from the north east. Value for money. Soup portion is good. Nice for children too.

This is repeat order, 2nd time order for 5 days tingkat dishes...
