During covid-19 circuit breaker, good to hv these stores.

The food arrived on time at 1.30pm. Overall. the food taste good. However, the bottle of kaya for my tea-time was missing. Contacted Toastbox to feedback on the missing item. The Manager response was quick. He apologized for the missing item n the bottle of kaya was delivered to me around 3.30pm. Good Job!

Food was delivered on time. Warm and nicely packed. Laksa gravy and noodles are separated. The family bundle set comes with four main courses and drinks. Value for money. Yums!

My order didn't came right ..
One item was missing (drumstick) & the drink came warm, I ordered for cold ..
Called FoodLine CS & they contacted TB.
Not Long after, ToastBox Personnel called & apologised, and she will arrange someone to send the missing item ASAP.
It didn't take Long for the delivery to come.
And to my surprise ! A new full set was delivered instead !
