We love the menu variety and specialty. The caterer was accommodating to our dietary preferences but sounded a bit impatient on the phone. We are also not very happy with the ... More timing of the delivery. Some of the food had spoiled on a few occasions. The reason why we wanted to try tingkat meals is because we are both working and have no time to cook at home. This also means that nobody is at home at 3pm to receive the food and keep them fresh in the fridge. They are supposed to be meant for dinner, not lunch. Hope that something could be done to improve this.
