Good service and quality food. Location is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Taste good too.

The food and packaging are great, all my colleagues like it. Value for money. Delivery is punctual. Happy dealing, the order in Foodline is easy and fast

Presentation is nice as meant for company training session. Bento set is tasty and healthy .
Only issue is late delivery close to an hour. Good customer service by food line as constant updates provided .

Got the regular bento for 36pax. Req for delivery at noon, delivery came 12.15pm which is fine though it'll be good if delivery rider called to inform so that we know the food is indeed on the way and not a missed order.

Food is otherwise quite tasty, creamy beef stew was well received by the people. Wafu pasta a bit on the saltier end but I still quite like it. Also like the spiced barley -.my.first time having it and I think it's quite creative - it has a slight kick that blends well with the texture of barley though people who can't take spicy may find it a bit too spicy.
Yuzu taste in yuzu chicken is quite subtle.
Tbh i didn't really taste much of the dressing or see much of the sprinkler, so don't fret too much when choosing those 2, the bento we chose already had a lot going on so I don't think it influence the taste much.

The bento is sufficiently portioned and keeps everyone full for quite awhile. The only unfortunate thing was someone found a strand hair in their soba (pic as attached).

Delivery is on time and food tasted great.
Received great response for all the side dishes that was selected.
The quantity and quality are excellent for the price that is paid.

The food was not that good, the ebi fry is not fresh....
But overall with the condiments it is good, the goat..

The yuzu chicken tasted good, the noodles were tender, definitely will order again the service was Great

The traditional chicken was Savory, which pairs perfectly with fluffy, slightly crispy baked potatoes.

The ebi fry with the condiments was really good it taste good and is a very good combo together.......

The taste of the food is tasty and our clients like it so much. the deliver is on time without any damage of the packaging foodline
