Beef rendang spoiled my party

The worst dish most disliked by my guests is the beef rendang which has a very rubbery kind of aftertaste in one's mouth. The whole container was almost untouched at the end of my party and I had to throw it away. Would like to ask for a refund for this dish!

The most popular dish is the dry mee siam and the salmon. The chendol agar agar is also well liked by my guests. Other dishes are ok.

Very happy with the interesting choices of food items.

Love the selection of food. My guests were very happy with the choices as they were a little different from what was offered at other caterers. Thai Vermicilli was good too. Beef rendang had a rather gamey taste though. Passion fruit Macaroons and the papaya white fungus dessert were an interesting pair.
