Good variety of food

Good variety of food. Mainly western and malay but as these meals are for my helpers, it's quite good as it's not so chinese-based. Had some issues with customer service initially but it's better now and the food arrives more or less on time now.

Food too salty and oily. Doesn't follow customer instruction

Don't bother ordering from this caterer if u are eating with kids. I asked for no spicy and no curry but end up having at least 1 spicy dish each day. I requested to skip meal every Friday but food was delivered at least twice on Friday. This shows that the caterer doesn't look at your instructions. Not to mention the taste, almost 95% of the dishes are too oily and too salty.

Repetitive Dishes Almost Everyday

Food is generally spicy and the dishes are very repetitive. Chicken is served almost everyday and you will get tired of it. Not recommend if you have kids or family members who are not into spicy food on a daily basis.

Delivery timing is also not consistent. They were supposed to deliver on one of the days after a PH but failed to do so. I had to call Foodline to check and I was told that they were closed on that day. They failed to inform beforehand that they were not operating on that day.
