Don't bother ordering from this caterer if u are eating with kids. I asked for no spicy and no curry but end up having at least 1 spicy dish each day. I requested to skip meal every Friday but food was delivered at least twice on Friday. This shows that the caterer doesn't look at your instructions. Not to mention the taste, almost 95% of the dishes are too oily and too salty.

Food is generally spicy and the dishes are very repetitive. Chicken is served almost everyday and you will get tired of it. Not recommend if you have kids or family members who are not into spicy food on a daily basis.

Delivery timing is also not consistent. They were supposed to deliver on one of the days after a PH but failed to do so. I had to call Foodline to check and I was told that they were closed on that day. They failed to inform beforehand that they were not operating on that day.

Food is nice for a start but have limited variety. Mostly chicken and not seafood like prawns unlike traditional tingkat.

The food is either too oily or spicy or both, there are days where all delivered foods are spicy. Have requested not to send the rice as I am cooking other grains for rice but despite that they still delivered the rice and inform rice is counted as one of the dishes. Most of the days, the rice have to be wasted.

Spicy & robust dishes - Malay/ Peranakan style The portions were small and does not present value for the price.

Dishes are generally salty and spicy. Due to the variations as compared to many other tingkat, I still like this. However, the service is the reason why I would not want to continue ordering after 2 months, as the timing of delivery can come at 5pm or at 8pm for dinner, totally not consistent. Also the menu given mostly does not coincide with what they provide in actual. Staple (rice) is cannot be confirm, some days have staples, some days only have dishes without rice/pasta/noodles. When enquire on it, they mentioned Tue and Fri will have staples only, but over 2 months there was still many times that suddenly there's additional rice, where our own cooked rice is put to waste. Clarified, enquire still there's many small issues.

Truly a horrifying experience. Not only was the food limited in variety, the taste was either too salty or too spicy. To make matters worse, the food came late on 3 occasions out of the 10 days that I ordered. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. In fact, I recommend that you stay away from ordering food from this caterer.

Ordered 25 bento boxes(chicken curry set) from Word Catering for corporate event scheduled at 11am on 14th August.

Delivery was supposed to come at 1030hrs, however it only came at 1145hrs. Due to the delay, our event have to be pushed back by 30mins. There was no courtesy call to inform about the delay and the mobile number that was provided, was not responsive in picking up my calls.

At the event venue, instead of the chicken curry set, the food that came was a different menu altogether. No prior call was made to inform in regards to the change of menu.

I hope WORD can look into their customer service and improve on their delivery.

Food and service was good during my 1st order but the food and service standard dropped during my 2nd time ordering. I was also reminded to settle the payment although I had settled it in full before the start of the service.

The food is ok only, order for lunch it always came after 1.30pm, only the last 3days come before 1pm
Order no fish & no fish with bone, but the food always come with fish, notify foodline twice, notify the driver once with no effect and the menu still include fish till the end
