WORD. Events and Catering

Food are mostly spicy. Couple of unforgettable experiences like short of 1 pax delivered and 1 extremely late 8pm plus delivery and the one worse of all, no delivery on one of the day. Not partly the caterer fault, it on their delivery partner that’s the issue. Their customer service are well received and helpful to solve these issue with refund.

Repeat order, the food is good
Sometimes the delivery is late
Can put special order so no bad compare to other

I love the variety of dishes served and the portion is generous. Food is very delicious. However, even though we have opt for no chilli, some of the dishes are still spicy.

The food are overall nice just now some how the food sometimes spoil when we start to eat at 7PM.
Overall we still like all their spicy food.

Some concerns are responds to WhatsApp msg very slow.

Big issue with issuing invoices.
I have requested many times, but they take very long to reply and don't seem to care or understand why a customer may need the original invoice. Other caterer issue invoices immediately after payment.

Isn't it frustrating ?

My feedback for this caterer is that other departments are providing very good service so don't spoil the company's professional image just because of administrative/operational hiccups.

Ordered a variety of bentos on both 11-Feb and 13-Feb for lunch and dinner (CNY period). Delivery was on-time and the food variety is vast.

First day's vegetarian bento order was wrong and they managed to correct the dinner orders.

I like that the food selection has a wide variety. As my orders were done last minute, there were some delays in getting the order confirmations. But we managed to sort out all the confirmations on the first day.

Following, there were some delays in getting acknowledgements for my feedback (my vegetarian bentos were delivered with Prawns, so my vegetarian colleagues had to make their own arrangements last minute). But they managed to correct the orders for my PM delivery. foodline
