Big issue with issuing invoices.
I have requested many times, but they take very long to reply and don't seem to care or understand why a customer may need the original invoice. Other caterer issue invoices immediately after payment.

Isn't it frustrating ?

My feedback for this caterer is that other departments are providing very good service so don't spoil the company's professional image just because of administrative/operational hiccups.

Ordered a variety of bentos on both 11-Feb and 13-Feb for lunch and dinner (CNY period). Delivery was on-time and the food variety is vast.

First day's vegetarian bento order was wrong and they managed to correct the dinner orders.

I like that the food selection has a wide variety. As my orders were done last minute, there were some delays in getting the order confirmations. But we managed to sort out all the confirmations on the first day.

Following, there were some delays in getting acknowledgements for my feedback (my vegetarian bentos were delivered with Prawns, so my vegetarian colleagues had to make their own arrangements last minute). But they managed to correct the orders for my PM delivery. foodline

Dishes are generally salty and spicy. Due to the variations as compared to many other tingkat, I still like this. However, the service is the reason why I would not want to continue ordering after 2 months, as the timing of delivery can come at 5pm or at 8pm for dinner, totally not consistent. Also the menu given mostly does not coincide with what they provide in actual. Staple (rice) is cannot be confirm, some days have staples, some days only have dishes without rice/pasta/noodles. When enquire on it, they mentioned Tue and Fri will have staples only, but over 2 months there was still many times that suddenly there's additional rice, where our own cooked rice is put to waste. Clarified, enquire still there's many small issues.

Food generally ok. I received the menu on the first Mon of the month

The western food is prepared with standard. It is very tasty n packed in nicely arranged box. Easy to carry.

The food is acceptable, but too many chicken drumstick and curry.
Service is quite late for delivery
