WORD. Events and Catering

The food was great and their services are awesome.

1.The overall food and services are satisfied.
2.However, our staff feedback about mutton rendang, the meat is too hard to consume and taste not so good.
3.We ordered Ice Lemon Tea in our confirmation order. But the caterer provided Fruit punch lemon which taste too sweet.
4.We ordered another tray Fried egg noodle, but the caterer provided look like fried mee goreng (half tray) & fried bee hoon (half tray).

The caterer did not respond to order until I call foodline.
Food was delivered on time. However, till date (7 days after order), I have not receive the invoice. This is getting frustrating after several chasing. Now I wonder if I would ever receive my invoice.

However, the dishes (chicken & fish) were too salty.

The food we ordered for our corporate event was good. The service was pleasant as well as they accommodated to our needs and replied on time to update us. The food as well was delivered much earlier than the expected timing which was pretty impressive. However, the curry had slightly been spilled out of the Bento sets which could have been avoided. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience with the catering services that we were provided with. Also, hope to see improvement in receiving the invoice on time.

The foods are well prepared and the staffs services are really good.

The food were still warm when it were delivered to venue. There was slight mistake prior to my order, the PIC quickly made adjustment and send my order within 1 hour. Generally, I'm happy with the food and customer service.

Packaged well, food is enough for a group of 9, but taste wise can be improved. Had to add our own seaweed chicken to the dishes. Tempura prawn was the best amongst the other dishes as the taste was pretty standard. Bowls, plates and cutlery provided were a little dirty.

Wrong order was delivered. Ordered Sesame Oil Chicken but ended up with Chicken Curry!

Food portion is also really small, and 1 order even had only neck and no substantial meat on it.

Asked for invoice, sent wrong party invoice then tried to check and tried to call and sms but no reponse at all
