The shop forget to give fork and spoon at the first time, later also come back and give us after we call.

Ordered 25 bento boxes(chicken curry set) from Word Catering for corporate event scheduled at 11am on 14th August.

Delivery was supposed to come at 1030hrs, however it only came at 1145hrs. Due to the delay, our event have to be pushed back by 30mins. There was no courtesy call to inform about the delay and the mobile number that was provided, was not responsive in picking up my calls.

At the event venue, instead of the chicken curry set, the food that came was a different menu altogether. No prior call was made to inform in regards to the change of menu.

I hope WORD can look into their customer service and improve on their delivery.

Food and service was good during my 1st order but the food and service standard dropped during my 2nd time ordering. I was also reminded to settle the payment although I had settled it in full before the start of the service.

The food is mostly delicious, out of the 20 days, only the char bee hoon was not good as it was too salty.
The portions are surprisingly quite generous.
Delivery was generally OK, except for a few days when it was late.

The food is ok only, order for lunch it always came after 1.30pm, only the last 3days come before 1pm
Order no fish & no fish with bone, but the food always come with fish, notify foodline twice, notify the driver once with no effect and the menu still include fish till the end

Huge serving worth the value. One lunch can also be for dinner as the meals are really filling.
Meals are also tasty and good range from Indian to western food. Though me and my husband don't really like eating fish, we finish the whole fish dish ourselves. Very satisfying.
Though the timing of delivery varies it still within the lunch time range.
Some days food comes before 1130am but some days 1pm.
One of the days the meal differ from menu so abit disappointed asI didn't get to try the lemon fish dish and gyoza.
Definitely will be ordering the tingkat again.

Food was okay. Although everyday feels like eating function/event food which were cooked for mass consumption.

The messed up the delivery in the first two days where they delivered the dishes without the rice. However, they were prompt in rectifying their error by dispatching the rice to us.

Overall, the food is too spicy and the portion is generous. Food is good for those who like spicy food.

Food was spicy. Overall, a good change from the usual tingkat. Food quality was not bad but not very suitable for my taste.
