And unfortunately I have lactose intolerance guest and the caterer simply brushed it off stating I didn’t state the dietary restriction. In the first place butter in aglio olio? The portion for the spaghetti is a lot ! But not the rest of the food. Ordered 25 pax where we only have 23 pax (including 2 kids). Prawns , wantons and drinks were counted to exact 25 portions. This is as good as packing bento rather than calling it a buffet. The portion of the vegetable was very limited , very different from other caterers. Won’t recommend and won’t try again for the various “surprises” and “customisation” claimed by the caterer.
