Given that it's such a hot item amongst guests, the dish was almost finished even before we hit the 20 pax and we were so worried it was not enough for our guests! Even the mini buffet's curry chicken portion (20 pax) seemed more than what was given for 25 pax catering. The prawns flavour was nice but it was also not fresh. The shell sticks to the flesh and is mushy. Overall, I would still recommend Xiang's Catering cos the taste is pretty decent and value for money. Delivery is on time and staff is friendly too. However would suggest ordering more than expected as they don't seem to give extra buffer for the portion size.
