Most of their dishes are half a tray but for 30pax?! The only dish with too much was the rice and the vegetables were a bit undercooked and bland. Overall i think for the price we paid, we should at least have the right amount of food for our guests. I even thought they gave me the wrong order when they were setting up cos i ordered from a few caterers before, and this amount is probably good for 20 people. It is cny so we didn’t want to make a fuss about it. They gave the rice that could feed 50paxs but dishes are good for 20paxs. We wasted more than half the tray of rice. Actual delivery on that day was at 8pm. so it was 2.5hr late. Some guest even left before food was delivered. Food wise, 1) Pineapple fried rice ...
