YLS Catering

This is my 2nd time order 1st is full month 2nd time baby 1st bday . The portion is resonable and every praise dessert is very nice .. Keep it up and will recommend to everyone.

2nd time order from this caterer. Food is very nice.

The food portions are quite exact from YSL.

Food was nice and not oily salty like other caterers.

The food is very nice especially the smoke duck with pepper. My guests love it most. Will introduce to my friends surely!

Dishes that I ordered was a little different from what it came. I guess caterer might have mixed up the orders.
But overall, the food are presentable and nice.
Will order from YLS Catering again but hope it will be the correct order. Haha..

Caterer had a bit of trouble locating the function room but since he had arrived early, set up was completed on time. Food was set up quickly. Guests loved the dishes.
-Yam Paste was the first to be finished up by the guests.
-Smoked duck was quite good also.
-Braised Pork was done very well. Good feedback received.
-The Ngor Hiang was not the typical store bought type. These was actually big and quite good.
- Curry chicken had good flavor but feels like it did tasted a bit rushed.
- Rest of the dishes were ok.

The only down side was the supplied plastic plates / cutlery ran out 3/4 way. We had to run out to try and get more plastic plates , bowls and cutlery but only managed to get small plates. A bit of a downside to this event.

Overall of food ok and the food portion very generous..
