Caterer had a bit of trouble locating the function room but since he had arrived early, set up was completed on time. Food was set up quickly. Guests loved the dishes.
-Yam Paste was the first to be finished up by the guests.
-Smoked duck was ... More quite good also.
-Braised Pork was done very well. Good feedback received.
-The Ngor Hiang was not the typical store bought type. These was actually big and quite good.
- Curry chicken had good flavor but feels like it did tasted a bit rushed.
- Rest of the dishes were ok.

The only down side was the supplied plastic plates / cutlery ran out 3/4 way. We had to run out to try and get more plastic plates , bowls and cutlery but only managed to get small plates. A bit of a downside to this event.

Service was prompt and good. Feedback from the guest was generally good. Would consider engaging their service again in future.
