YLS Catering

The food is generous and nice except the cereal prawn is bland without much cereal. More like a tempura prawn with cereal as garnishes.

Nice food, good portion size

The food quality was excellent. All my guests loved them! My guests especially commented on the dish 黑椒烟鸭, and said that it was really outstanding.

For the dish 香菇兰花, the broccoli was a bit too hard, some guests got problem chewing the broccoli.

First time ordering a buffet catering so i read through a lot of reviews before settling on YLS. Read alot of good reviews so i had high expectations. However, food was mediocre and portion was not really enough for 70 pax that i catered for.

On a good note, YLS was very punctual and set up the buffet on time.

Pleasant setup. Food presentation was good. Ordered for 30 but serving can be for 40. Generous serving size. Orh Nee was fantastic.

The variety of food is good, this caterer is flexible in allowing the choice of food selection from any category. Quantity of food is sufficient. . For considerations for more formal functions; the table setting is very simple with no centre piece or decorations. Overall value for money

There are a great variety of food.

Guest are happy for dishes,Vegetable and Smoke duck serving are quite small portion. Braise pork w/ bun is nice but salty

Communication with YLS was prompt and pleasant, and they were also very accommodating of our requests regarding timing. Our venue was hard to locate and required troublesome security checks but the driver and his wife were very patient and friendly.
The food was good and the guests had second helpings of almost everything. The only downside was that we ran out of paper plates, and we did cater for the exact number of guests. The drinks were also a little too sweet for me but I guess it's better than having a diluted concoction.
On the overall, I'd highly recommend YLS catering and will order from them again for future events.
