The sweet and sour fish has too much sauce so the fish is soggy. The prawn cereal is also bit too oily. Many guests lazy to peel off the prawn shell, maybe yls caterer can make is ... And true enoigh almost every dish left half.. If I know, I will insist to order 45 or even less. Waste lots of food.
