Just one day before the event date, call up caterer to enquiry whether the buffet can be change to one day later as the birthday boy is not ... More feeling well, however inform that another day is fully booked and can't be change, but the best suggestion given by caterer is that they can cancel the order without charging me for the penalty as they understand that my son is such and can't go on with the event. After consulting with wife, we decide to go ahead with the buffet on the date we booked.
