Unpleasant expectation from the in charge. Reviewed on 27th Jul 2019 Verified Purchase Call Mr Lim (YLS In charge) initially as I have some questions such as if there is any further discount since I will be order 60 serving. But was told strightly no discount as the price was very Low which I totally understand. I was told to order ... More directly from YLS website due to They give priority to their direct customer. But since there is no further discount from YLS, and there was an ongoing Safra promotion in Foodline, I decided to order in Foodline instead. Mr Lim called back and confirm the order, However mention “by right there is a $20 bucks discount since you order more than 40 serving but because you order from Foodline and they take commission from the company thus, the discount is not applicable to you” So what’s the purpose of telling me this? But ok nvm, I just forgo about it. We arranged 5.45-6pm to do the setup, but the staff came at 5pm instead. I then ask Mr Lim if there is any extension for the collection timing as the initial timing is at 9.30pm but was told strightly no extension as it is the latest. Thus, we rush to pack the food and etc at 9pm. However the staff came to collect only at 11.30pm. I hope the above mention was not due to he is unhappy with my decision from ordering directly from Foodline instead. The bun for braised pork given was very hard. Kailan vegetable is nice.
