Order if you like healthier choice

The food came in nice packaging and were sealed tight. The portions are huge. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Mee siam was not flavourful, fish has more flour than fish and dessert taste awf.

Waste of time and food is not fresh

It’s such a disappointment buffet for my event. The crispy lemon chicken is soggy and soft upon arrival, full month eggs is not fresh as all the eggshell is stick to the eggs. SPECIALLY REQUESTED FOR NO WHITE FLOWERS AND YET STILL COME WHITE FLOWERS FOR DECOR. Told the delivery personnel and yet he didn’t give a shit about it, cannot even change. Food wise and decor is not as expected and shown on the internet. Fuck up my whole event due to the buffet and all ended up buying food to bbq as the buffet is such a disappointment.

Average food at best.

Food was average at best. The steam fish fillet was hard and tasteless. Satay was good but too few. Overall it wasn't worth the $26.50 per pax. $20 per pax will be more reasonable.
Service standard was bad. My order was at 6.30 pm. I checked with the staff at 6.05 pm to confirm the delivery time. Service staff said she knock off at 6 pm and further queries went unanswered. Luckily the food arrived on time.

Portion too small!!!

I want to express my disappointment with the mini buffet portion for 20paxs that I experienced for company catering on 20April . On this particular occasion, I was extremely dissatisfied with the portion sizes offered in the buffet.

The serving sizes for 20paxs were significantly smaller than usual. As a result, I had to go out to other restaurants several times to get enough food to satisfy my clients & workers. Furthermore, the limited portion size did not justify the high cost of the buffet.

I hope you understand my frustration with the buffet portion size, as I believe it does not meet the usual high standards of your restaurant. As a customer, I expect better service and quality, and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue

Room for improvement in food taste and delivery

First time trying this caterer. Event was 12pm but food arrived only at 12:20pm. The pineapple rice is a bit soggy, baked tiger prawn and Thai style fish fillet taste average, ai yu jelly is too sweet. Nonya chap Chye, curry chicken and chicken Ngoh Hiang are good.
