An unpleasant ending

Well the food was ok but the Wasabi Prawn roll was not the same as shown on the photo on Foodline website. Felt that it was totally a different dish.

Contacted the caterer and person incharged said Foodline put the wrong photo and they changed the dish to what was taken in the photo. Not even a roll like dish. The wasabi sauce is brown. Disappointed with this dish and with the response given by the caterer that I had to accept as she said it was this dish all along. As a first time customer, how will I know? Wrote to Foodline and waiting for response.

Have potential but need to improve pls

Food was great for 3 days and it was downhill thereafter. Fishcakes as a dish is unacceptable. Portion for some meat is very little. Refer to photo. It was meant for 2 but can hardly feed one. Customer service can be improved. Missed delivery and no customer recovery thereafter.

Tasty and balanced dinner

This is my first time ordering from the caterer for a 2-person dinner menu. In general, the food tasted good with portion enough for 3 people on average. Deliveries have been early which is good for my folks at home since they usually have dinners between 5.30 - 6.30pm. This is a 3 dish 1 soup menu which I thought it will be good if the caterer has a 4 dish option also since the soup is usually not the most fantastic.
