The food was not ready on time, the collection was late.

The food was not ready at the requested event time. I was asked to collect it an hour later than the proposed timing, but the caterer was over 3 hours late for the collection. The drink containers were spoiled, and I had to clean them myself after the event because they dripped onto the floor. The food was overall okay, but it seemed insufficient for 30 people, except for the fried rice and curry chicken. The prawns were not fresh and were very sticky to the shell.

Hi,

I would like to feedback on the buffet I ordered during CNY.

Attached pictures for your reference.

The caterer is so unprofessional.....it is CNY and there was no decoration at all......just a few tables and the food.
The plates, bowl, cutlery are all still in the packing, did not even display the cutlery nicely.

I'm so disappointed for this caterer.

Will not recommend to anyone for this caterer.

Amazing and tasty dishes, perfect for family gatherings.

The setup of the food station was really efficient and all the guests enjoyed the food very much. Flavour wise, it was not too salty or sweet. Every dish was cooked, well to perfection. Will definitely consider this option again for our upcoming family gathering! Highly recommended.
