Good food but not hot due to bad service by delivery

Order process was very efficient and response time was prompt.

Food tastes pretty good in general with sambal sotong the standout. Good portions as well. Only qualm is that the delivery person did not add sufficient water and did not use hot water for the steamer. As a result the food wasn't hot. Delivery service can be improved further as delivery person doesn't pick up the phone.
