Staff came early to do setup.
Overall food was good and more than enough.

Overall food is of good standard.
The kuo rou bao were very fluffy and even finished before the meat as the children loved them.
Guests gave good comments of the food

Caterer was very obliging when I requested to change nasi goreng to hot green bean soup as most guests were elderly.
Food was tasty except for vegetarian bee hoon which was quite hard for the elderly.

The caterer was punctual and the setup was done very quickly. One feedback is that there were no signages for the food (but as it was CNY, expected them to be very busy).
Overall the food was ok and enough for more than 30 pax. The Eefu noodles ... More even had balance.

On the whole, the food was quite good.
The noodles and curry chicken quantity were too much for 30 pax - almost half were left.

Overall, buffet was good and value for money.
My guests loved the curry chicken, Lo Han Chye and tempura prawns. Fried mee siam was good too and quantity was more than enough for 30 pax.

The caterer was very obliging and split my order for 60 pax into 2 lines as I wanted to keep some food for the late comers.
All my guest loved the curry chicken best. The noodles were also good.

The Prosperous Fatt Choy and mushrooms was the best dish. My guests also liked the Ee Fu noodles. However amount seems to be little as I had ordered for 35 pax.
