The caterer called me 20 minutes before the time that they were supposed to deliver the food (5pm) to say that there is a 'kitchen breakdown' and that delivery will be delayed by 30 minutes. My guests were coming at 5pm. They did not call me back to ... More inform me about the situation and I had to call them back to confirm that the food was indeed reaching at 5.30pm.

The delivery person is supposed to come and collect their equipment at 7.30pm but I waited till 8pm and there was no sign of the person. I had to call the caterer up to check and they said that the driver was quite far away and will only reach within 30-45 minutes. Again, no communication about the delay from their end.

Food was average.

Would have gone with someone else with better service to avoid such unnecessary stress on our event day.
