"Food came late"

Thank you for your feedback .

We received your call around 11am asking about your order. We asked for your mobile no. & check on the order & get back to you as soon as possible. Upon checking we saw that the order was not ... More under pending order but complete order . The system might had a glitch between Foodline and us . However we call you back and say informed you that we missed out on your order & that we would make the order immediately.

Please take note that we have many orders on that day for CNY by Foodline and all were delivered promptly and on time . It is because of this glitches we are unable to see your order .

You ask how long for us to prepare the food and we said in one 1 hr and you said is ok and to proceed with your order and have it sent to you before 1pm. If you do not say ok we will not send and will full refund your money back . It is from your instruction and we proceed with the order .

Our logistic team arrived before 1pm. He waited at the car park 8A as instructed by the security guard. After about 10 minutes, your husband instructed him to go to the security area at level 1. We apologies for all the inconvenience caused.

You call back and request for disposal wares

As for the disposable wares, we do not provide disposable wares for this order unless stated or mention by Foodline .

Please check with Foodline on this matter .

You further said that the food is uncooked . We request for an image of the uncooked food to send us via WhatsApp. You send us a picture of chicken wing , we saw it is cooked , it is only the bone which is red .

Later at night you WhatsApp our staff and demand for compensation. We understand that we are late in delivering, but it is really an honest mistake . We will not lie as there are few people handling your case . It is a genuine mistake and we apologise on this for being late . If you tell us to cancel , we will definitely give you full refund but you had instructed us to send and willing to wait till 1 pm for the food . You received the food and ate it without rejecting it when you receive it as you later stated in the WhatsApp at night you did not give instructions to send . That is not true . We were taught in school to be honest and if you have said that you did not give instruction as what you had claim and stated in your WhatsApp then you should reject the food when it was delivered to you . But instead you receive it and ate it with your family . You demand from our staff at night for compensation, and how much we will compensate you . until our staff said to you please let her rest with her family as it is already at night and we will informed Foodline on this matter . Our staffs had done their best to rectified the situation as it is a technical mistake , but instead she was shouted at her on the phone . It is sad that she had been abuse that way .

Taste is subjective but on the whole most of clients like our food as you see from some reviews here .
We apologies once again and with that note we will give $50 for compensation to you . As for the undercooked part , it is the chicken bone which look slightly red , the meat is all well cooked .
