I live in the west and this caterer always delivered very late. 1st day, delivered at 7pm, then it got later and later day by day, until one day food hadn't even arrived by 8.30pm. What is dinner if food is always delivered so late? Contacted the ... More company's hotline a few times and the person on the phone said she's only helping to man the line and will inform the office the next day. But nothing improved, and as mentioned, it got worse and food got delivered later and later each day.

Quality of food is average, at best. What really is the most disturbing issue was what time the food left the kitchen, but delivered so late to me. And secondly, I order this tingkat service was for 2 elderlies. And they have an early routine. Early dinner, dinner digest, early sleep. But this late delivery turned everything upside down. Food arrived 8pm+, by the time they reheat food and finish eating "DINNER" already past 9pm, which is typically the time they actually get to bed.
