There's been a mix-up with the green bean soup! Usually when it's not specified, i expect it to be hot, so my staffs’ disappointment makes sense. The caterer served cold green bean soup (claimed it was a dessert) but the Foodline menu listed it as ... More just "green bean soup" without specifying hot or cold. My staff were expecting a hot soup and were disappointed.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the green bean soup. Traditionally, green bean soup can be served either ... More hot or cold depending on preference, but we understand that when it is not clearly indicated, it may lead to different expectations.
