"ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK"

Never gonna order from this food provider again i dont know why they are rated so high on foodline. Service is super terrible. Office number was uncontactable during cny and there is no back up options to call. Tried calling foodline hot line and ... More its also close during PH. They should have a back up standby incase of any emergencies. Delivery timing suppose to be at 10.30am, but food was only delivered close to 1pm without any apologies or explaination provided. All our guests have arrived early and waiting for food but there was no options to contact and we had to order our own snacks first just to fill our stomach while waiting for the food.
When the food arrive, the food were also not warm at all., the fish is all covered with batter with no fish meat at all, definitely not worth the pricing and mark up value. You are charging me festive delivery chadges but you cant even meet your delivery promise. I have wrote an email to both caterer and foodline, lets see if they will respond or i will dispute this case. Totally unacceptable service standards!
