We sincerely apologize for your bad experience we can understand how you feel . Unfortunately. This is exception from this outsourced driver . He did not follow the route planned for resulting the delay . However on the part of the cake rest assure ... More the handling is well taken care of . All cakes is chilled in ice box during transportation. So the cake remains fresh within the day . In regards of taste it is subjective . There is people whom really like and some don't .but we did our best in every product we served . Nevertheless . The delay of 2 hrs should be better managed .we accept this . Internally we had deal on the driver situation . If there someone we can do to make your next order a better experience we will . Do contact our sales . We will not fail u again . Sorry and thank you
