Catering setup and collection was on time, very fast and fuss free which I’m very appreciative. For me this is important when I look to engage a caterer.

Food wise is really value for money, with a wide variety of choices to choose from. All ... More the food was really good, especially the curry chicken, Thai beancurd and tempura. The tempura was tender and soft in the inside but crispy on the outside. Thai sauce for the beancurd is delicious as feedback from my guest. The only regret maybe the sweet and sour fish, which had quite a lot of left over… maybe due to the lack of sauce and also the fish itself was quite soggy. Perhaps can consider putting the sauce separately next time. The braised pork mantou is quite special and my guest also enjoyed it.

Portion was really good so just order based on the amount of pax you have. Will definitely order from YLS again for my future event.
