"Flexible and good customer service"

First of all i would like to thank them for accepting the last minute order. Order was placed on a Friday night with smooth payment on Saturday for Monday tingkat delivery.

When the first few tingkat deliveries happened, they were in generous portions and food quality were great. Thumbs up for that!

Then less than a week, my dad was getting tired of the food.

Twice the driver did not arrive on usual time.. He was not late but arrived an hour later than usual so we were abit worried if we were forgotten.

We also feedbacked that the food was not as good as days ago. And the delivery also got mixed up a few times for the soup and rice. We did not order rice. We had more servings of the soups than usual. So we guessed the 1st few days generous portions could be a mistake. shown as pictures. We also guessed there might be a different chef hence the food qualities were different.

They were happy to give a refund on the remaining days that were not delivered but my dad wanted to save the trouble for everyone else.
