"Catering for 40pax - Comments for improvement"

The fried rice and chicken curry are good.
However, the pork with onion and ginger is not up to expectation. It is dry without sauce as compared to posted photo (a bit darker with sauce) seen before ordering.
Same for sweet and sour sliced fish, ... More the sauce is not enough.
Also, there are no dip sauce that come along, expect the deep fry Ngo Hiang to have some chilli or sweet sauce.
And the plastic cups provided are leaking.
