"Dellivery Service Horrible. Shortchanged!!!"

Disappointed with eCreative. I ordered buffet for 75 pax for 10 Aug delivery. but got shortchanged. Food probably feeds 60 pax only.

First of all with the delivery.

If u see from the picture, food should be ready for guest to eat at 530ish, ... More but the delivery team turned up only after 630pm. The delivery team told me they do not know where the chalet is, and can't find the place. I even have to talk to the delivery team over the phone several times and ended up had to walk out to the guard house to go guide them in.

After all the setup up and warm up, my guest could only start at 7pm. ?

Next with the food.

The lemon fish was dry and can't even taste any lemon.
The butter prawn was also tasteless. The prawn was not fresh. Then the crispy seafood tofu, totally over cooked. So hard.

And based past experience with ordering of buffet by me and friends, I would like to say that I am short- changed. The food was definitely not for 75 pax.I have to say they did provide abt close to 80 pcs of éclairs n full tray of fried rice and beehoon. But sad to say, rest was not even for 75 pax. So average for 60 pax.

I am definitely not going to order from ecreative again considering being shortchanged and horrible delivery service.
