"FOOD CAME ALMOST AN HOUR LATE!"

Catering supposed to be done setting up at 12pm but caterers only arrived at 12.45pm. Told me they were stuck in a jam at PIE. After that, told me that they were at the carpark already but waited awhile and they didn’t show up. Still dare to ask ... More if there’s lift when I already paid extra for the stairs. Tried calling them after that and no answer so my husband used his phone to call them and they said they were reaching. No apologies and still took their own sweet time to set things up with no sense of urgency. My guests were left hungry while waiting for the food to arrive. I was in distress. Never experienced such thing before.
