The standout dishes were the highlights of the meal:
Sweet & Sour Fish: Beautifully balanced sauce with crisp fish that didn't turn soggy.
Prawn ... More Paste Mid-Wings (Har Cheong Gai): Very fragrant, well-marinated, and packed a fantastic crunch.
