Fried Butter Prawns 炸牛油虾 was not fresh.
Sliced Fish w/Spring Onion & Ginger 姜葱鱼片 did not turn out as expected. We did not expect the fish to be fried, instead of steamed or ... More boiled.
Curry Chicken 咖哩鸡肉 was not fragrant enough.
Braised Beancurd 红烧豆腐 was not fragrant enough. It seemed to be just cooked, but not braised.
Longevity Bailing Mushroom with Vegetable 百龄菇菜花 was a bit raw.
Yam Paste w/Coconut Milk 芋泥椰浆 was sour. The caterer has refused to separate the coconut milk, despite we requested for it.
Orange Cordial was too sweet.
