"Surprisingly good and not your usual buffet fare"

Booking and payment was efficient and simple with caterer getting back to me the next day.
Delivery came early and setup the event 15mins before the scheduled timing.
Food quality was really good. All my guest felt this was something different ... More from the usual buffet fare. Amount provided was more than sufficient as I had ordered 35 pax portion for 40pax guest and i had at least 20% leftover.

However one bad point to note was that the caterer had to collect back everything within max 2.5hrs after i tried to request for a 30mins extension. Thus guests might have limited time as some had arrived late and any time further extentsion was chargeable.
