"It could be better. "

I placed an order for 50 pax even though I only invited about 45 but the quantity was very still not enough. My guest said they did not have enough food.

The following are the feedback gathered from my guests:

1) The braised pork for the ... More 扣肉包 was soaked in soup as you can see in the photo. It lacked flavour and broke apart when u try to pick one up for the bun.

2) The salted egg prawn which we thought was the highlight did not taste like salted egg prawn at all. There was no salted egg taste. Similarly, the sweet and sour fish lacked flavour and the meat was too tough.

3) beneath the top layer of the pineapple rice had many white patches which could have meant that it was mixed with white rice.

4) only one drink decanther was provided. Half of the guest had nothing to drink. I asked the delivery staff and was informed that even if I ordered for 60pax, I will only be given one decanter. In addition, we ordered for lemon cordial but fruit punch came instead.
