Wrong order delivered to us, hotline uncontactable, driver uncontactable, totally irresponsible. Ordered 11 items, only delivered 10. Out of 10 items, only the seafood fried rice, kampong mee hoon and tropical fruit juice are correct, the rest ... More totally not we ordered!

Had overseas guests over and they expect us not to touch the food at all, in order to get a full refund! How to, when they are uncontactable?
