Getting bad to worst in food quality and service.

Have been with Hewtop for around a year but recent few months the food and service has been getting bad to worst despite complaining to their customer service and boss.
Will try out other caterer in the meantime.

e.g.
Fish has been tasteless ... More for few occasion and the service staff reply is "Will feedback to kitchen but the same thing will happen again.

Whatsapp reply has been getting slower and slower whenever issue occurs.
Standard reply, " will feedback to kitchen" for all sorts of issue.
