"ALWAYS LATE!"

Order always come later than the label consume time. Label consumption time is 9.30am to 1.30pm but order reach me 1.30pm at earliest and 2pm+ latest all the time. Soup turn bad on certain days upon arrival.

After feed back to merchant several ... More times, no changes made but keep saying is driver's problem or because got new customer. No offers made to rectify issue.

i understand that i may be the last on the delivery list for 1 of the driver, but management has to make sure not to overload a driver so as to ensure even the last person receive the food in time.

Food are pretty pathetic some times. There was once i received 2 hard boil eggs, 2 bean curd, 3 pcs of meat.

Will never order from them again.
