"Birthday cake online order review from a first time customer"

So I filled out the order form and indicated time of delivery as 8pm, and on the day itself the bakery called me to tell me that they deliver every 3 hours (e.g 6/9PM) and they asked if I can collect it at 6PM instead of 8PM.

I expressed that it ... More was a suprise (if the cake came too early I may not be there to collect it in time and it might melt).

Bakery also mentioned that they have communicated this to foodline before that they need to indicate on the foodline website that deliveries are every 3 hours.

Had to end up rushing down from work just to make sure the cake was not melted by the time I collected it.
