The rice and noodle was too much and the curry was not enough. I ordered 75 Pax buffet.

YLS staff actually called and confirm the order on the same day I make my booking in foodline(Very good service).

But the phone operator advised to change ... More my choice to my 3 main dish instead. He advised me to change into 1 dish of rice, 1 dish of noodle and 1 dish of Braised Pork bun to meet 75pax.
he mention over the phone, I ordered only 1 main dish, is not enough.

My initial selection was only 1 dish of fried rice. Not knowing they are coming in 2 tray, I decided to follow the advise on the operator from YLS.

End up, my Main dish was over supplied! YSL given me 2 tray of rice and 2 tray of noodle and 1 tray of Braised Pork Bun.
1 tray of noodle and 1 tray of rice was totally untouched.
My side wish was left not much and curry was not enough.
That was then I realise, I should have follow my own decision on 1 main dish only.

PS: Many of my guest and family member feedback, the rice and noodle was very hard on that day. there were bits of uncooked fried rice
